Come rispondere ai reclami sul tuo business online

Non puoi pensare che con il tuo lavoro o con i tuoi Prodotti, metterai sempre tutti daccordo!

E semplicemente IMPOSSIBILE. Non importa la qualit del tuo Prodotto, come sia ben fatto il tuo Sito o quanto siano i Contenuti del tuo Blog o del tuo lavoro in generale, stai per certo che ci saranno SEMPRE Persone che scrivono per lamentarsi.

Alcuni scriveranno Commenti sul tuo Blog esprimendo la loro opinione esattamente opposta a ci che hai scritto o peggio, dicendoti che il tuo Post spazzatura. Altri potrebbero lamentarsi del fatto che ti hanno inviato una domanda via eMail e dopo 5 MINUTI stanno ancora aspettando una Risposta (come se tu fossi un impiegato pagato per star l a rispondere ai messaggi istantaneamente anzi, forse nemmeno chi fa questo Mestiere risponde subito ma dopo 24 ore lavorative). Altri ancora ti scriveranno lamentandosi del fatto che non sono riusciti a scaricare il tuo Prodotto, che non riescono a Guadagnare con ci che scrivi o insegni, che il tuo Prodotto fa schifo ecc

In poche parole, non gli piaci, non gli vai a genio, non gli sei simpatico o chiss che cosa, e ci tengono a fartelo sapere.

Come dicevo comunque, questo capita proprio a me, molto spesso. Sai quante volte ho fatto errori di scrittura, ho promosso Link che non funzionavano e tanti altri errori? Sono un disastro, lo so!

Succede. Siamo tutti esseri umani (io un p pi imperfetto di altri). Ma questo successo anche a te, e se non cos fidati, succeder. Scusami se te lo dico, non ti offendere ma sono sicuro che capirai.

Il punto che si dovrebbe essere abbastanza umili da capire dove si sbaglia e imparare. Non c niente di sbagliato nel fare errori, ma c qualcosa che non va se fai lo stesso errore 4 volte consecutive. Un reclamo o una critica come un Mentore, un Coach che ti fa notare, ti sottolinea quello che non sapevi in modo che tu possa apprendere la Lezione, e lo aggiunga al suo Bagaglio di conoscenza,cos che tu continui a crescere ed imparare.

E poi, in fin dei conti, non ci puoi fare niente!

Se invece la Critica stupida, inutile, gratuita o semplicemente sbagliata, sii abbastanza superiore da fare spallucce andare avanti. In realt, potresti perfino considerarlo come un Complimento! Si, proprio un complimento. Se ci pensi bene infatti, ci sono miliardi di Siti Online che vengono visti ogni Giorno. Se qualcuno si sofferma tanto sul tuo Sito, sul tuo Prodotto o sul tuo lavoro, tanto da doverti scrivere al riguardo, vuol dire che lo considera importante

Perci la prossima volta che ricevi un Reclamo sensa senso o dettato solo dallinvidia, fai un sorriso e datti una pacca sulla spalla: Sei importante per quella persona
